E-Loading
Hi, Dear Retailers.

We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding our service provider, LoadCentral (Fiuu Top Up). Unfortunately, LoadCentral will be discontinuing their reloading business operations as of October 31, 2024. After this date, their services will no longer be available.

To ensure a smooth transition, LoadCentral has advised that all remaining credits and deposits (including your personal credits) be used up before the October 31 deadline. Rest assured, they have committed to refunding any remaining balance after this date, and they are currently working on the details of how this will be handled. But we still recommend consuming your remaining balance as we currently do not have control over LoadCentral refunds.

What this means for you:
  • We have temporarily paused registration and reloading of your accounts. We strongly encourage you to use your remaining balance before October 31 to avoid any delays or complications with the refund process, as we are still awaiting further instructions from LoadCentral.
  • While this change was unexpected, we're happy to share some good news! We've already partnered with a leading company to continue providing you with e-loading services, and we've begun the integration process. This means you'll be able to carry on with your e-loading business after our integration process.

A few key things to note:
  • Your existing retailer accounts will be migrated to the new system seamlessly—though, please be aware that your current balance will not transfer, as it remains with LoadCentral.
  • If you have a remaining balance, you can still use LoadCentral's website (https://loadcentral.net/) to reload easily until the cut-off date. Just leave the security key blank if you have not setup one.

For those without any remaining balance, stay tuned! We'll provide updates soon on how you can resume your e-loading business with our new provider. Keep an eye on our Facebook page and your registered email for details.

If you registered with your email instead of your clients', please kindly pass this information along to them so everyone stays in the loop.
